Ocean Scene, Broadview Church

I wanted to create a sense of truly being in the ocean as if viewing it from a submarine. There is an abundance of fish species gliding through the waters, including a few not so distant sharks and orcas. In the shadowy depths the children can also find a sunken ship and a treasure chest.

The friendly dolphin and his crab companion peering into the bubble window, and the sea turtle diving down from above are my two favorite elements. I was very pleased with the effect of the bubble window, and with the simple framing of the scene to give a three dimensional appearance of the submarine portals.
